the Steel FSB60 Series Service Body is Falcon’s heavy-duty 60CA platform engineered to handle serious commercial workloads.

Designed for both SRW (78″ width) and DRW (94″ width) chassis configurations and available in Flat Top (40″ height)
or Flip Top (42.5″ height) designs, the FSB60 Series delivers expanded storage, reinforced construction, and
professional-grade functionality across every configuration.

Crafted from premium galvanneal steel and built on a formed 10-ga HR steel frame, the FSB60 platform ensures
proper weight distribution on 60″ CA chassis while maintaining structural integrity under sustained load conditions.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

The FSB60 Series incorporates 14-ga galvanneal front, rear, bed sides, wheel panels, and bulkhead panels,
combined with 16-ga galvanneal interior walls and doors. Flip Top models include reinforced galvanneal tapered lids
with 0.063″ treadbrite overlays riveted in place.

All bodies are supported by a formed 10-ga HR steel frame with controlled weld bead application to ensure long-term structural rigidity.

Classic & Signature Trim Levels

• Classic Series: Master locking and LED compartment lighting optional.
• Signature Series: Master locking system and full LED compartment lighting standard.

Door panels are reinforced with interior stiffeners, custom door rod guides, gas shock brackets, and rotary latch systems for daily commercial use.
