Steel FSB56 Series – 56CA Service Body

Designed for both SRW and DRW chassis configurations, and available in 40″ Flat Top or 42.5″ Flip Top configurations, the FSB56 Series delivers premium galvanneal steel construction, secure external storage, and long-term durability in a purpose-built platform.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

Constructed from 14-ga galvanneal front, rear, bed sides, wheel panels, and bulkhead, with 16-ga galvanneal interior walls and doors. The body is reinforced with a formed 10-ga HR steel understructure and 1/8″ HR treadplate floor engineered for commercial-duty performance.

SRW & DRW Configurations

Available for 56CA single rear wheel and dual rear wheel chassis, the FSB56 maintains structural balance and proper weight distribution across applications.

Flat Top & Flip Top Options

• Flat Top: 40″ compartment height
• Flip Top: 42.5″ overall height with reinforced 8″ tapered galvanneal lid and treadbrite overlays

Classic & Signature Trim Levels

• Classic Series: Master locking and LED compartment lighting available as options.
• Signature Series: Master locking system and full LED compartment lighting standard.

Secure External Storage

Flush-mounted doors with stainless bolt-on piano hinges, three-point whale-tail latches, reinforced internal stiffeners, gas shocks, and weather-resistant sealing ensure long-term durability and smooth operation in demanding environments.

Every FSB56 body includes Falcon’s heavy-duty 14-ga galvanneal universal bumper, powder-coated to match the body and equipped with:
